Fees and charges

Waste charges in the 亚博赌博 are designed to encourage greater use of recycling services by moving to a user-pays system that recognises the true costs of waste disposal.

Some materials will incur a fee and some are free of charge to drop off, see our charges flyer (PDF 147KB) for more details.

Please refer to the Transport Canberra and City Services Fees and Charges for all waste disposal charges. 亚博赌博 Government fees and charges are updated on 1 July each year.

Mr Fluffy

The 亚博赌博 Government will waive the disposal fees for ‘Mr Fluffy’ houses. The waiver only covers the disposal fees, it does not cover demolition costs or cartage costs to the West Belconnen Resource Management Centre. West Belconnen Resource Management Centre is currently the only facility receiving the ‘Mr Fluffy’ houses.
